The Impossible: Experimental Psychedelic Performance Troupe
The Impossible was formed five years ago as a platform for experimental psychedelic performance. A fusion of dance music and visuals with founding members Natasha Alpe, Sarah Poffa, Thomas La Greve, Naomi Green, Elise Briccolani, Nuno Brito, Dave Kiraly and Steve Ryan. We started as an improvisational group, and would give impromptu shows in warehouses, festivals and events.
In 2008, we invited the whole of Sanford housing cooperative, the oldest purpose built cooperative in Europe to help us make a music video, and this is the result.
After three years of developing our performances into more complex improvisations, the Impossible released this video, which explores themes of quantum physics such as string theory as performance (see link)
